Platform Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") is designed to inform you as to how Flowmo app Ltd and/or its affiliates (collectively, "Company", "we", "us" or "our") handle your Personal Data (as defined below) in connection with your access and use of our Platform.

In this Privacy Policy, the term "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined under this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Terms of Use, available here: flowmo.ai/terms (the "Agreement").

Important Notice

If you use our Hosting Services, you will be deemed the "data controller" in relation to any Personal Data uploaded to or otherwise processed through your User Website, and we will act as the "data processor" with respect thereto. Our processing of such Personal Data is not governed by this Privacy Policy.

GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA. To the extent the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") or the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation ("UK GDPR") applies, we act as a "data controller" with respect to the processing activities described in this Privacy Policy. To the extent that the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (the "CCPA") applies, the terms "data controller" and "data processor" shall be read as "business" and "service provider," respectively.

Your Consent. By entering, connecting to, accessing or using the Platform, you hereby consent to the collection, processing, transfer and use of your Personal Data as outlined in this Privacy Policy (to the extent required by applicable law). You are not legally required to provide us with your Personal Data; however, if you do not consent to our collection and processing of your Personal Data, as detailed herein, it will not be feasible to provide you with the Platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage to verify that individuals under the age of 18 are not using the Platform.

We may transfer data to countries outside of your residence (including outside the EEA/UK). Such transfers are conduct based on your consent or subject to safeguards like Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
